Delivery Time: We offer Complimentary U.S. shipping (2–3 business days after processing). Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to populate.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States only.

Packaging: Every order is securely packed to ensure your chain arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete and fulfilled.
Glimmeryn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages — including those caused by incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
We do not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for orders that show as delivered by the carrier under any circumstance.
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

Contact your local USPS branch immediately to file a claim.

Repeated claims of non-receipt may result in refusal of future orders.

Fraudulent or suspicious claims will be fully investigated and may result in account suspension.
