Refund Policy

At Glimmeryn, customer satisfaction comes first. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on items returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging included.

All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements or show signs of misuse.

Important Return Information

Due to the nature of our high-value items, all returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Our team will verify that the correct product was returned unworn, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging included.

Returns may take up to 5-10 business days to process after delivery, depending on our team’s capacity — though it’s usually faster.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only issued after inspection is complete

  • Creating a return label does not guarantee a refund

  • We do not issue refunds for items that are missing, incorrect, counterfeit, damaged, heavily worn, or incomplete

Once verified, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Monitoring & Fraud Prevention

We monitor return activity to prevent abuse and reserve the right to deny returns that show patterns of:

  • Excessive or suspicious return frequency

  • Resale behavior

  • Empty packages or fraudulent claims

  • Repeated damage or defect claims 

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund, then place a new order.

If your return has been approved as part of a confirmed exchange, your replacement item will ship once the returned product is inspected and verified.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@glimmeryn.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage, defect, or incorrect item claims submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.
